COLLEGE BASKETBALL IS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS AWAY SO YOU KNOW THAT THAT MEANS, IT'S TIME FOR BENCH REVIEW'S PRESEASON COLLEGE BASKETBALL TOP TEN! This season has a lot to live up to after last season gave us so many memorable moments. From Michigan State's shocking first round tournament loss against Middle Tennessee and Louisville's "strippergate", to the year of the senior and the greatest national championship game of all time (for some), the 2015-2016 College Basketball season was one to remember. This season is in a position to be just as good if not better, so without further ado, let's get to.........
Bench Review's Preseason TOP TEN!
Number One: *sigh* Duke
The team America loves to hate will once again start the season ranked number one. Bringing in the number one recruiting class in the nation and combining it with players like Amile Jefferson and Grayson Allen make Duke the clear national title favorite. Their biggest problems will be with top recruit Harry Gile's injury issues and Grayson Allen's apparent tripping habit.
Number Two: Kentucky
Right behind Duke is Kentucky, who arguably could be at number one as well. Kentucky is bringing FIVE 5 star recruits for this season, continuing to cement themselves as the premier one and done destination.
Number Three: Kansas
After a kinda but not really shocking loss to eventual champions Villanova in the Elite Eight, Kansas will look to finish what they started and make it to the Final Four this year. Led by number one recruit Josh Jackson, this squad has loads of potential. Expect them to look unbeatable during the regular season (and win their 13th BIG 12 regular season title in a row), but end up losing in the second round or sweet sixteen in classic Kansas fashion.

Number Four: *sigh.........................again* Villanova
Ugh. As much as it pains me to say it, Villanova will be back in the title race right after ripping the hearts out of each and every North Carolina fan last April. I don't want to talk about them anymore, next.
Number Five: North Carolina
Despite losing two of the greatest college basketball players of all time in Marcus Paige and Brice Johnson (okay, that may be a bit of a stretch, but this is my article not yours so I'm gonna write what I want), Carolina will jump right back into the title race this season. Joel Berry will fill the gap left by Marcus Paige, while Isaiah Hicks and Kennedy Meeks are both in position to have career best seasons. Couple that with three fantastic freshmen (Five star Tony Bradley, and Four Star recruits Brandon Robinson and Seventh Woods) and UNC is set for another run at the natty.
Number Six: Oregon
Though the Ducks won't have their leading scorer (Dillon Brooks) until conference play, they should still be set to win the PAC12 for the second year in a row. This team is definitely a national title sleeper.
Number Seven: Virginia
Virginia looks to have another strong squad this year, as brining in a top 10 recruiting class and Memphis transfer Austin Nichols makes them one of the tops teams in the ACC and the nation this season. This very well could be the year that coach Tony Bennett finally gets one of his squads to the Final Four.

Number Eight: Xavier
Xavier is retuning many pieces of a 28 win team, and if Myles Davis returns from his suspension (though it is not likely), they will definitely challenge Villanova for the Big East regular season title.
Number Nine: Wisconsin
After legendary Wisconsin coach Bo Ryan retired halfway through the season, replacement Greg Gard proved that he could coach at a high level and led Wisconsin to an upset win over Xavier. With Bronson Koenig and Nigel Hayes returning, Wisconsin has massive potential this year.
Number Ten: Arizona
Even though they lost five-star prospect Terrance Ferguson, the Wildcats are still in position to win 25+ games and make a deep run in the tournament.
